Dr. Falguni Vasavada-Oza is a Professor, Marketing Area at MICA. She is a double gold medalist with 2decades of teaching experience in the area of Marketing and Advertising. Since 2004, she is working in the Marketing Academic Area at MICA (Earlier known as Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad).
Dr. Falguni Vasavada-Oza has researched and published papers on cross cultural communication, content analysis, account planning and portrayals in Advertising. Currently she is working on Advertising and IMC, Account Planning, Social Media Insights, Youth as Consumers, Portrayals in Advertising, Content Analysis of Commercials and Public Relations.
She has been a visiting faculty at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in USA where she helped in designing the Account Planning course. She is a visiting faculty at NID, EDI, IRMA, NIRMA IIM-I, IIM-R and various other management institutes of repute. Her teaching interests are marketing, advertising and brand management. She is passionate towards the field of advertising and loves to analyze how brands grow through the power of communication.
